It varied a ton. I tore my mcl in april and couldn't run until july. I ran like 3-5 miles a day for the first few weeks, and was doing some 6-9 mile runs by the end of july. By the end of august I was doing like 2, 10 mile runs a week with shorter ones mixed in and by the end of septemeber I was doing  7, 10, 13, rest day, 20 rest day roughly.
