Mine are mounted 1 cm back from true center. I'd either mount there or recommended (2 cm back from true center).

I like mine at recommended. Either go recommended or center, I don't see a reason to go in between. Mad fun ski.

Im the same size as you and I had them at -2 before, then I mounted them at -1 and I liked that a lot better

Recomended. If you've skied a stiff ski before these will feel like limp dick at first. But they are so fun.
