ARE U LOOKING FOR A MOUNTAINS WITH GOOD PARKS.???THERE IS NOT VERY MANY HALFPIPES IN SWITZERLAND.

LES DIABLERTES HAS A VERY NICE PARK, BUT I DON'T KNOW IF THEY STILL HAVE IT.

SAAS-FEE IS GOOD TOO. RIP CURL JUST DID A COMP THERE WITH JON OLSSON, CANDIDE THOVEX, AND ALL THE OTHERS.

OR LOOK FOR VERBIER, IT IS ALSO QUITE GOOD.

I USUALLY SKI IN GSTAAD, BECAUSE MY SCHOOL MOVES THERE EVERY WINTER, BUT THE PARKS SUCK, AND IT IS VERY EXPENSIVE

SO I WISH, U WILL FIND A GOOD PLACE, HAVE A NICE TRIP

hey, i'm living in switzerland this year but am leaving in July. I skiied at Wengen this winter and live near Bern now.

 
I'm leaving Switzerland this month but want to come back for a winter when I am done with school to ski everyday. Whcih area do you think would be then best to live and ski at for a year? I was thinking between Verbier, Engelberg and Laax. I'm more into skiing steeps and powder than the park. Hope you can help.

 
the best park is definitiv in laax. 5 or 6 pipes, rails, corners, really hughes. but best powder and best backcountry is in verbier! i love it. engelberg is smaller then verbier. its nice to but i prefer verbier. its also possible to go heliskiing but you dont need it. you have such a lot of possibilities, try it out. but be early, your not alone...

 
the summer this year is very hot, i think its the hottest summer ever! so, the glaciers going back, really bad news. but good summer means good winter! i will go to laax at christmas and one week later to verbier. and then to lech/zürs in austria, good views...

alska, yeah, i will try to go there, but i have no adress where to go and no money for the flight. :(

 
Hello, I live in Geneva but now I'm in USA for learning english...

I've got a chalet in Villars and my favorite ski resort are Verbier and Les grands-Montets(Chamonix)...

What about you swiss people???

 
i'm in switzerland. nyon to be exact. i work up in verbier in the winter so i go there quite a bit. it is a real nice resort for the powder. bonne soirée

 
Nebel horn got a huge dump when I went up there!!2 meters of fresh!!I was choking on it all the way done but you couldn't see was 7-8meters in front of you.Its all good!!

 
i live in the middle of switzerland ( zug) its pretty shitty but youre within like 1 hour of loads of great resorts like engelberg... is there any one here that can speak swiss german???

hey im swiss living in basel. mainly go skiing at les diablarets and places near by. me and friends do day trips to engelberg and that place is amazing. on a big powder day and if you knwo yyour way around its beautiful. They have also met seth morrison, shane, CT and jamie piere there.

i live in engelberg in winter its amazing but right now it sucks they closed the park because there is no more snow so all i can do is waiting for winter and skiing bit in saas fee and zermatt

 
Anyone know about getting a ski instructor job in any of these places... I only speak english.

But i really want to go somewhere with good park and nightlife

 
I am in Engelberg this year it is good but we need more snow. Last 2 years I was in Verbier. they are bother great resorts for big mountain skiing but shit for park. Although they just got a huge 1/4 pipe finished here it looks dope.
