Living and Working at Big White

I'm doing the 06/07 season at Big White with my wife. We're arriving in mid november and leaving at the end of March. If anyone has done a season there, can you tell me if finding work and accomm in mid november will be easy enough? It seems stupdily expensive to get accomm online. Does anyone have a suggestion?
