Little Things in Skiing that Get YOU Pumped?!

Just caught the end of the Grand Prix and was pumped to see some big (tall) skis on all the competitors.....little things like that get me pumped for no other reason that I ski big mountain and respect big stixs.

How about you? What little, random things pump you up?
 
When you get off the chair on a pow day and your like "Yes that chairlift ride was so long here goes..."

Gaper day

When you find someone on the hill that actually gets all the insider ski jokes like GNAR, real mountains, real skiing, etc.

Greasing an intimidating rail first try.
 
this, doesnt matter if its 5 or 50 feet of air, finding sweet sweet tranny on the fly is the best feeling in skiing
 
I love seeing 90 year old ladies covered in A1 steak sauce on my hill while I'm skiing. Shit gets me rock hard
 
Finding tranny, especially on 1's. Dear god throwing a 1 over a knoll and landing in the tranny perfectly is an instant orgasm.

Also, throwing on race sticks and carving, dear god that is a great feeling.

this, so much, on ice you slide far and are like fuck yeah, or on good snow you spray and are still like fuck yeah
 
Ski all day thanksgiving (opening day) then put on some basketball shorts, grab a seasonal stout, and eat a delicious dinner...same goes for christmas. I feel so comfy just thinking about it

i just got some new skis and bindings, and decided not to dull the edges right away and it was crazy how much fun i had rippin' carves all day.

i have to agree with finding little trannys though, it's so satisfying
 
When you are in the bumps and end up in the most perfect rythmic section for a solid 6+ bumps, especially when under the chair.
 
When the worst thing that could possibly happen at that moment is to eject, and it happens. Glorious feeling. (I know, higher din.. I need new bindings)
 
Boosting from trees out onto a run, there is usually a rise where the run starts and I shifty or 3 over that, oh fuck yea. Stomping something under the lift or close to the lift line, I like looking at people's reactions
 
this. the classic chair call or base call. when ever I do something like a cliff or jump and its by a lift or crowded section hearing someone shout "WOO" or "YEAH" just gets me pumped.
 
Stopping quick, snow goes everywhere, and then skiing through the cloud.

Stopping sideways and the snow builds up in front of your skis.
 
Checkin out a nice booter. With a sexy transition so smooth you just want to ride her all day. Those fucking right angles all squared off and shes just beggin you to play with her. She's pretty mellow but you know she can make you pop.
