this is one of the sadest thing that I have hears in a while.Ya but I hope he gets a big prison sentence. But Knowing from past experience he will get nothing.This Guy by the name of NIcholas Fortin was hit by a drunk driver outside a bar when I live.The man drove around with Fortin in the car for over and hour until. He was stoped by tenagers at the bar and Beaten up. the cops came. And It was determined that if Nicholas had been brought to hospital earlier he would have lived. ANyway long story short.
He only got 4 years of jail sentence. So if we take the time he has already served waiting for a trial. He gets to walk.
P.s. / other teenagers were seriously injured.

if the guy gets convicted, he'll face up to life in prison, thats what it said in the paper this morning
