Literally haven't slept in almost 2 days

I guess my body thinks I'm a fucking superhuman or some shit cuz I unintentionally pulled an all nighter last night and its already 5 am tonight and I feel like I could run a marathon. I'm not exaggerating at all and I'm not going to go to the doctor because ambien is addicting as fuck. I've tried melatonin, not having any caffeine or sugar a couple hours before bed, all that shit. I exercise a shit ton on a daily basis as well. What should I do?
 
i drove direct from breck to central Maine in April. i was up for 49 hours in a row then, if i were you, i would get off the internet, and lie down in bed. youre body probably is running on fumes even though you don't know it. When I got home i didn't feel tired but laid down anyways and slept for 19 hours.
 
if you take >1mg of melatonin before bed it will actually keep you awake other than helping you sleep.try taking 500 mg of magnesium, a hormone called GABA, or

Theres a condition where you get less and less sleep over time, untill youre wide awake for a month then you die. I swear its a real condition i forget what its called tho

I had this problem too, solved it with this:

It's not actually light that I think was keeping me awake though. This seems like it holds my eyes shut and subsequently makes me feel more sleepy, now I fall asleep in 5-25 mins depending on how tired I am. Probably worth a try for you, but I doubt it will help OP at all.
 
try getting hammered. you'll eventually pass out. i don't think that's the right kind of sleep but at least it will get you off the internet.
 
That really sucks that it takes you guys that long to fall asleep. I guess I'm quite lucky. Normally it takes me about 30 seconds I put my head down on pillow and I'm out. Unless I was drinking or drank a fuck ton of caffeine.
 
Smoke weed, or exercise a lot. Or mix the two for far better, and more fun results.

Actually though, don't fuck with your sleep cycle. Last summer I fucked mine up so bad I was pretty much nocturnal for about a month and a half. It actually fucking sucked. Get that shit sorted out.

I honestly went skydiving while being cracked out off of no sleep and I literally did not feel one single emotion or thing. I was all like "Sure, I guess I'll just step out of this plane" like it was nothing and had no fear or anything. It was actually pretty weird.

It's definitely a pretty crazy mindset though that should be experienced, but not too much.
