Ok, it is that time of the year again. We are planning on showing the new L1P movie at the Roxy in Northampton again this fall. This year we will have even more cool stuff to give away.

We need to get an idea of how many people will attend and whether a Thursday or Sunday event would work better for most of the people.

Reply to this thread if you plan on attending, and which day would be better.

Estimates times to get to the Roxy:

Scranton = 75-90min

Philly = 60-75min

NYC = 90-105min

Harrisburg = 75-90min

Atlantic City = 120-135min

Not that matter. Just playin. There is an MSP premiere sometime in October I believe at Camelback, and there is a TGR premiere November 19th in Philly. The TGR one is in a cool lil theater in Philly called the Troc.

SSSHHH... the TGR premiere in philly was so sweet last year because only 20 people showed up and everyone got a boatload of free stuff. The MSP premiere was also good last year minus the lame cover band that played for like 2 hrs.

Ok folks, here is how it breaks down... we need to sell 200 tickets before we can do the movie. Tickets will be $7.50 each and must be purchased before 10/15/06. We will be giving away at least one pair of skis. If you attended last year you know that we gave away a TON of stuff. If we can sell more than 200 tickets we will use ALL extra funds to add more give away items!

IM, PM, or email me to find out where to send the funds.

Thanks

werd chris, im sure the fam will get at you for tickets soon. hey, just curious if you have a date pinned down yet, just so i can make sure im home. thanks for all the work on this chris!

Get money to Chris (skier150) ASAP! this event was off the hook last year, and hopefully it will be even better this year. only if you get your money in as soon as possible will it be even better. It's rare that a movie premier comes to this area, so get on the ball with this. help make the event sick as shit.

If we do not get the required amount of tickets sold before the movie, there will be no movie. So, ticket will be available at the door... but we need to sell 200 first.

i got to be honest chris. i dont see any show selling 200 tickets in advance.

whats different about this year compared to last year? is the film company not allowing it? or the theater?
