I think about the most gaming that goes down on linux is solitaire, maby free-cell.

why not just dual boot vista or xp to game? can't you even run an image XP or Vista from Linux to game?

Not that i really play games on my computer, but thats what I do, really the only reason i go into vista is to sync my stupid zune.

I just play games on my xbox

Yeaaa, so I now have Half Life 1 and 2 and Counter Strike working, its actually almost as fast as windows

ubuntu is better for gaming than linux, but really, just use XP
