ya line seems to be the am company and once people go pro they leave for a different sponsor that probably pays them more or something. its pretty tight tho. any team with pollard is a good team.
The money Line saves by not sponsoring a pro team goes into selling their skis cheaper. That's why their prices went down by about $50 in the 05/06 season (Chronics at my shop got cheaper by $100). Oh, and also moving production to China contributed. What Line said on their website at the time (when they dropped the pro team and moved the factory for the first time) was that they wanted to focus on bringing progressive technology to the masses, not just reserving it for pros. I suppose it's a good way to try a grab a bigger market share.
Line had the best team in the game like 4 yrs ago. I do like what they are providing for AM's though. The best thing line could do is keep Shea Flynn. after being in the game fo so long you would think line would have a heavy hitting team like they used to have!
line team is good, pollard, i mean come on. just buy the skis, those are great....anthem will be tight next year, graphics are outta control (no copyright infringment on these ones). boo about this year
