they usually steal your skis when you send them back, Im really not sure though being Ive never bought a pair, It should be on thier site

ya they do, i did it at the end of the season 08 so that i could get the 09 chronics and because it takes about 3 weeks to a month to get them. mine delaminated (which i later found out happens anyway) and they sent me a free pair of the next years model

Had Colorado freeskier send in my de-lamed octoland anthems, a few weeks later they credited the shop whatever it cost them, and they gave me a brand new pair (this years snowboarder graphic) off the wall. Worked out great!

Weak, you can't just contact line for warranties and you need a receipt? its obviously lines ski, not a fake one...
