Line Stepup

The 2012 is predominately sidewall, with skate deck construction towards the tip and tail. 2011 is completely skate deck.
 
It's a great ski and if your thinking of getting I would follow through. A friend of my let me ride his and, although I prefer the Chronics, if you want a stiff and bombproof ski get it.
