Line step ups

not positive but pretty sure they got rid of the skate-deck construction which i think is garbage, and they did something with the sidewalls

im pretty sure they put side wall underfoot but skatedeck at the tips and tails. it'll be a much better ski this year over last years

Thanks for the details guys +k I checked out A webby it has the old ones for £180 and the new is like £300 is it worth getting the new ones because the graphics in my opinion are dog on the old ones.Sounds so far the new one are far better to buy.

my friend had the old ones and they just lasted him a season...

although he skied them VERY hard

i'd go with new ones

Old ones were 88mm waist, new ones are 85 I believe. Also, instead of the skate deck construction all the way through, they had a full length veneer on the topsheet, and the bottom layer, right above the base. Everything in between is their maple macroblock core, with sidewalls. Supposed to have the durability of the skate deck, but the responsive, damp, great feel of macroblock+sidewall. Then they topped it off with I think a (2000?) racebase, although I'm not sure on the number... Sounds killer to me!

^yeah I know; I've got pro pipes. I just remember hearing somewhere that one of the new skis with a race base had 2000... Might not have been stepups
