line skis.......

i love line, i think they're a really cool brand with some really cool skis, etc. i've heard a lot of stories of skis breaking though. i've got 1260s, haven't used em too much yet, but always have this little fear that they'll break. i know a lot of people hate line, especially cause of the snowlerblades, but whatever. i think they're a great company boosting a great sport

lines had durability issues when they first came out like in '99, but now that they are cap construction, and are being manufactured by burton, they are good quality, so don't worry about them breaking. and if they do break, line has THE BEST warrenty. they take care of you. they replaced my '99 Ostness Dragons with brand new '02 Darksides when one of the tails started to delam. no questions. they are a good company.

Line's are great. They may have had a touchy history but I mean how old of a company is Line, like 6 or 7 years and I think they've been makin skis for 5 now (don't quote me), they just had to work the bugs out. They have a pretty fuckin sweet ski this year. They definately have a ski for anyone out there too now, not just straight up jibbers. Personaly my fave thing about Line is the flex pattern, they're stiff when you want them to be and soft at just the right times. Plus the bindings gonna kick ass. Go shop around and definately consider Line.

yeah, i've heard they're real good about replacing skis. that's really cool. what if I bought them from someone else though? i didn't buy them from line, so would I still get a replacement if they broke/delamed?

yeah, they'll replace them. definatley... but if they are '01 or newer, they probably won't delam. not any worse than any other brand anyways
