Line Skis Without Reactors

I was just wondering how many people have the new Line skis, the ones with the pre-drilled holes for the reactors, but don't have the Reactors. I really like the Chronics, but I don't want the Reactor, and I'm worried if there would be some issues with drilling holes for my binding and leaving behind the holes that were already there.

no dont worry about it people had to go w/ different bindings for them for a long time it doesnt weaken the ski or anything either.

 
yea you shouldn't have any probs mounting a different binding on there.

Alright. i Had the same problem. I got the 2005 TwelveSixtys and they already hav ethe pre-drilled holes. I brought them to on shop and tehy said it cant be done with any other bindings. Then i called another and they said they can do it no problem. Im getting the Look Nova 10's on line 1260's so its alright to do it with the chronics. My fiend has the Chronics with non-line bindings

if you want to, you can have the shop fill in the pre-drilled holes. they dood asked me if i wanted to do that with my p12's, and he said it wouldnt make any difference at all if i did or not.

I used to do crack. I still do, but i used to too.
 
i have brand new motherships with P14's on them. yes you can mount any binding on them and if a shop tells you no laugh at them and tell the to call line.

ya i have chronics with s912's and skogens from 2 years back with the reactor holes with scratch bindings and i've had no problems.

 
i have gold edition chronics with p12tis. on them def can be done. and why the hell would you put the friggen novas on the 1260??? spend the extra money and get a p10

because they're actually metal inserts, drilling the ski will be like drilling it for the first time, and the integrity won't diminish. however...get the reactors!

THink about it...Snowboards have like sixteen inserts. I'm sure 4 is chill. BUt I agree that you should give the reactors a shot. I have a Reactor 12 that goes between my Mothership ti 182s and my Chronic Gold 177s and I dig them.

i had regular bindings on my old skogens and moships, and now on my mike nicks, usually a pair of rossi 140s

its a good system where you can easily change the bindings that line introduced, its just a shame that theyre binding doesnt work nearly as well as exiting.
