Line Skis help please

i am looking to buy either the line chronics or the line TC ski i have the chronics in a 163 right now from 2 years ago but i am gonna get a new ski set up this year coming up or rather soon i am 5'10''-5'11'' and about 190- 200 lbs. i am a type 3 skier and ski about split amunt of park and mountain i live in Maryland east coast skier and like to jib around and stuff but also travel to other ski resorts i need help with the ski choice and size i cant decided between 171cm or 178cm for either the chronics or Tc

ever thought of something from another company??

im 5'10'' 165 ish i ride a 171 line TC ski, its a fun ski to mess around on, but next season im going to be getting something a little stiffer, i find they dont hold up as well as id like them to on larger jumps (40-55ft)

i have used some of my friends skis, and as one of my friends put it "line skis feel like toys" which after using other skis i could agree with more, they are good skis, ill give them that but they do feel that way, other skis ive tried (nordica, libery, even vokl) they feel like they are made for men as a posed to kids, maybe its just the soft flex but i'd suggest away from it because of ur weight and what kind of skiing ull be doing

get somethig not line they're good and can take a beating, have a ok price point

but honestly there are a lot of other skis better than them

if u don't just ski park then go with the chronics as they are great all around, the tis are very soft from what I've heard which makes them playful, but for ur height and weight i would go with the 178, it will take some getting used to but will be a lot better in the long run

chronics... The reason that line skis feel like " toys ", is because you have the tc. they are ment to feel buttery and flimsy. Thats what they were made for...

I'm probably gonna be riding the blends next year, Ive heard mixed things about them but a friend of mine has them so I'll probably give them a shot. I'm an east coast skier as well, but I go out to Utah every year to shred and ill be out there for school.
