Dude ppl at my ski shop say line cant offord to order shit cause not alot of ppl are r buyin em any more and there slowly going to dissapear.

im like fuck u dude line skis kick ass.

watev u guys heard?

that's prob cause you have gay shops like atlanta. we actually have one shop that sells lines and it's a 2 year old pair of 1260's

You guys crack me up, a year or two ago it was "ohh line this, line that, i'll suck anyones dick with line's" and now that they do something you guys dont agree with you get all bitchy. Some of you guys are smart enough not to do this, but others just need to SHUT THE FUCK UP. Line does not care about you, me or anyone else.. all they care about like 99.999999999% of everyone else running a business is MONEY.

~n~

i get the feeling most left - not got dropped. i wont miss line they tried but they've got nothing on k2, Rossi, and even Armada now

How can people hate on line, a company that does so much for the newschoolers industry? They push the limits and think new ways to make skiing better.

line is sick who the fuck cares what happened to there team do you buy there skis for the team or the product lets think people

people on this site concentrate too much on teams and not enough on the companies product. how the fuck does a companies team affect you when your riding?

Im sick of hearing people on this site bash LINE day in and day out. every ski LINE makes is so specialized and different they have a very small market. Jay seems to like to keep things small and core. LINE could be a big company but what have they done years before everyone else.

1. made the first twin with equal tip and tail

2. the first rider orientated company, with rider influence on skis and graphics. the first ski company with graphics for that matter.

3. made the first promodel skis for their riders

4. made the 1st park specific twin (no race ro mogul influence)

5. made the first fat twin (now an industry norm)

and now they are stepping up each year with new shit. I dont ride line, I have and I enjoy their skis. Jay Levinthal so not someone this site should be criticizing and bashing. he has done more fore this sport then any other company out there. sure salomon made the first twin. none of these big race companies had any respect or drive for the freeskiing market to really put alot of time and effort into the skis development. then there is LINE. from the vary beginning line skis have been a huge influence on what happens in our entire industry. the list above and a million other reason is why our sportis becoming so diverse. There would be no Armada, 4frnt, Ninthward etc. without LINE. I am not sure if all this bashing is because alot of you havent been with the freeski/twin tip market since it began. If you look back at the last 10 years. It has been LINE with the major innovations and taking the major risks and every other company follows suit with what works. Line deserves the support of our industry. Buy other skis if you want, but dont bash a company who has done nothing but good for our industry since the beginning. You guys are kooks.

Thats the main point right there. All you kiddies are so quick to hate on a company that has done more for the industry than you all realize. As stated, buy other skis if you want but give the company some respect.

i used to have k2's and the edge lasted a week before i had to replace them, had armada's which delammed, now ive got chronics and invaders and havent had a problem with either, oh yeah my reactors are solid too

Who Gives a rats ass about "the team" how about "the skis" have you heard of those? Theyre these fat double tipped things you slide around on snow with? Their skis are some of the best out this year fool. Y'all can talk shit when you ski them and then you won't cuz theyre ill. Stop bitching about their team not being 20 deep that doesnt mean shit. Teams are expensive and not very useful.

I love all of LINE's contrinutions to our sport, but seriously man, did you really claim LINE was the "first company with graphics for that matter." Hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.

the owner of fresh in calgary wrote a very good article on why twin tips arent selling as well in the skier buyers guide issue. How do shops expect skis to sell if they dont try to sell them?

this is one of the most unintelligent threads i have ever seen on any website. i dont know why im wasting my time telling you but most of you should thank me

I went to Jibij a couple weeks ago and that guy said he was almost completely sold out of Lines already...and they hadn't even shipped to him yet.

That's also a freeride specific shop. The local mom and pop type stores where everyone and their mother shops are a totally different story than Jibji/D-Structure.

i just wanted to say that dash longe sucks, a little off the topic but skogen and mike nick were def. better than him... sry all this line talk got me thinkin'

yea def, the only thing that is happening with line is that they havnt had enough orders on their bindings to go into full production, so they are just selling what they have left over from last year. that is it.
