It's a long post, but a good one. Thanks in advance for reading!

With the recent changes to Line we moved the below thread from the Donators Forum to the Ski Gabber so everyone can see, ask questions, say

hello and see some product leaks from us as a thank you and to talk with the skiers that are the reason we exist. Please read the first post to

see the rules for the thread, keep everything in the thread so it's a

sweet resource for years to come. We'll try to reply in bulk every week

or so and try to answer as much as possible.

About Line_Skis:

it's a NS account run by Josh Malczyk + Line marketing staff to be the voice of Line Skis on the

greatest online skiing community to ever exist. Any warranty, sponsor

requests, ect please still go through here: http://lineskis.com/support as you won't get a timely response asking on NS.

About Josh malczyk:

It's pronounced MALL-CHECK (polish). I'm the guy who runs Line now and

who's typing this (the founder/legend, my mentor and guy I owe all this too,

Jason Levinthal has moved on, read about it here .. it wasn't a bad breakup, he's involved with the brand still, just not running it, yay!)

I'm not new and have been mostly lurker / fan status on NS for over a decade going on here everyday

(member #422, nbd). I am from the big mountain mecca of Mt Southington, CT,

USA, skied at Okemo on the weekends and went to University of Vermont

then moved to Seattle to be the Line team manager 6 years ago and have been growing with the brand ever since. Fun fact: I can also

still do a backflip and plan on being able to do one until I'm 100 years

old. Any other questions feel free to ask me! I'll be pretty busy but I love talking to skiers.

OK .. hope that clears things up! Thanks! -jm

it's a subjective argument as I am pretty good at snowboarding but Jerm has done a switch backflip on skis and I have not .. that will change someday.

Make a Sir Francis Bacon Narrow, -1cm in all dimensions, everything else just the same. Thanks in advance (and congratulations Josh).

blah blah blah, my name is josh, and i am the FUCKING MAN!

congrats man, this is so fucking awesome. you're gonna do great.

my afterbangs are stiff feeling ( stiffer than my rossi scimitars). i hear they're the softest skis ever. is it because the ski flexes at where the layers of wood retract that they are considered that or did i just not break them in? i used them for one season while i was still tiny, so that could be it.

my 07 invaders still kill it when i don't want to trash my jmos doin urban or on a patchy day. they are going on their 7TH SEASON. WHAT THE FUCK

Still have my 07 vaders as well. Both tails split, glued and taped them back together. Only thing they need is a base grind and a good waxing. Still bring them out a few times a season. Most fun I've ever had on a pair of skis. Dat butter zone.

consider a ski designed for a larger person. at 6'4 195lbs, not a lot of "standard" park skis work well for taller guys with a soft flex pattern, skinny waist and short turn radius.

take cinder blocks and put the skis on top of the blocks. Step into bindings and jump up and down. Ski on them after this and you will become max hill.

Haha hey it doesn't hurt to ask. As an engineer working in a "normal" engineering industry, working for Line/Full Tilt certainly would be a dream job.

I don't know what's up. I can't seem to get to my Google + Not that I use it much anyway. YT made me sign up for a photo or something like that. I'll try again later. Anyway, best to all at Line. I will continue to be a supporter of Line Ski as a ski tech. Nordica makes good stuff too. So many "big" names have gone to shit these days. Sad. So hope all concerned will end up happy. Any Line Team guys that might come to Bachelor can look me up for some ski work for......well lets say for a six pack of Coors. That's like nothing for what I charge! :-) Of course I will need to verify that they are LINE FACTORY SKIERS.

Baby I hear the blue are calling tossed salad and scrambled eggs.....

This was the only guy that could have filled Jason's spot and glad he is running the ship. Just dont drop me or Traveling Circus for another two or more years please.

Do you guys still have the step-ups? I copped a new pair really cheap last season and they're probably the best park ski ive ever ridden.
