so back to the subject. yea, it is gonna be pretty sweet that you can change it. Line is really evolving skiing in good ways that make it easier for the rider. and also more affordable as well since you do not have to buy multiple bindings for your skis and you dont have to get them all set up at a shop.

the reason its 8 holes insteada six is because with six it would create too much of a difference in the mounting position, so they had to drill the top holes of the furter back mounting farther up....if that makes any sense to u guys

16 holes would be a reeeeeeeley bad idea, first of all, u don't need that much difference in mounting, and second of all u wud be riding on pure holes, which dun float in pow so well....

with 16 holes near the center, thats a lot of area with no material and may possibly be bad for the strength of the ski in the middle. even though it would be waterproof, my guess would be that it would just be weaker. i have no clue for sure though

^because even after u put them in the 1 of 2 positions, u can still adjust the binding back and forth, so like craig said, u don't have all the complication of having lots of holes. u still get a wide range of positioning
