The line poles look like the SHIT!!!!! i wanna pair bad but are there all looks or they super bendy or stiff cause i wanna no befor i spend my $$$

i have had noo problems with them, even when a rail gets all up in my face and i dont like it and take some anger out they dont dent!

Poles are poles... I really dont see why people pay $80 for poles(unless you race) when you can go get a pair from the rental shop for free... Ohh wait thats right.. we have to look just like the pros.

Reliable? Every time I have owned a pair of purchased poles they have broke. The ONE pair of rental poles that I used almost all of last season are still going strong. They are not even heavy either and you can paint or tape them how ever you want them to look.

As said, rental poles, or if you really want to buy some, get some cheapo ones that are to long, cut them down wth a hacksaw, paint however you want, put on some sick mnt. bike lock on grips and have sick custom poles

poles really dont make a difference to me. i snapped mine and some guys bought a new pair for 15 bucks, and they are fine

some of you buy new poles each year wow??? their poles.

ive had my same pair for about 6 or 7 years, all bent and paint scraped off, but i love em. woulda never get new ones.

when i first got them they were actually the right size for me, now, well they perfect for the park :D

dude trust me if your gona spend money on good poles get scott punishers they hold up so well ive had mine for maybe 4 years and are awesom, best ski investment ive ever made

the line poles look pretty killer for sure but I agree with most people in this thread....pickin some up at a yard sale or (borrowing) from rentals works too.

I skiied with rentals all last year on the free. But may look into the pins closer to season. But again rental poles are the way to go if your short on cash..

Steal rental poles most places wont care. I went through 7 pairs of poles last year... all rentals.

haha exactly, im not gonna drop more than $15 on poles.
1. I usually buy some from the thrift store for about $5
2. Go Home and Cut them down to the size that i want
3. Scrape off old paint (with sandpaper)
4. Spray Paint New Color or design that you want on
5. Re-Paint and change design as often as you'd like!
