Line should sponsor pete olenick

Line's big into their innovation stuff, and pete olenick costs money and hasn't invented anything new. I can't see it happening.

word. that defineatly wont happen hes pretty much right in there with the mainstream or skiing. I could indeed see T-wall riding for line though

he isn't. people have been doing double flips for years. they got "cool" again recently, that's all.

whiskey flip. and dont hate on it. cause i swear the next kid that talks shit about something they would shit their pants doing gets my shoe in their ass.

I don't think Eric Pollard and Pete Olenick could ever be with the same sponsor unless the sponsor was all over the map. Line isn't going to sponsor a guy who (i might be wrong) is a douchebag according to the stories while they allready have a solid line of skiers who aren't and bring a lot more to the table than crappy tail grabs, a cool overflip and an ugly double flip that was thought to be uncool until last year.

Yes! I hate when people get mad at you for criticizing, even if its constructive, about something I could never do, or something I can't do yet. The whole "you can't say anything until you can do it" is bullshit. Theres a difference between calling Seth out saying he sucks at skiing or saying Peter missed that grab in Yeah Dude.

good point. but its retarded that kids talk shit about a double backflip in the pipe. im in favor of a jam format for the X games. kids would quit bitching about judges not giving points for style cause the athletes would be judging each other and most of them know what style is.

definitely not bangin' on him for doing it cause its real sick and i sure as hell can't do it. BUT. i feel that when he does it, the landing lacks. like hes facing towards the bottom of the pipe(finish area). also, i fell that the rest of his run is not really up to par excluding a few hits. its like he goes oh yeah i just landed a dub in the pipe now i don't have to try the rest of my run. don't get me wrong its sick as hell but thats just my opinion.

i think he should go for a smaller company like moment or any of the others and put them more into the freestyle comp. scene

yeah im prety sure the judges do to considering a chunk of them are/were pro skiers........ i dont like the rider judged format, it seems so organized and non legit, in reality you could have a poplar kid win when someone else skied better.

well there is tobun sotherland(sp?) who lives 15 mins from my house but never skis.  but oleninck was the first to do it in a full pipe run no?

great idea right here! i hope the line guy is reading this thread because right here is a great idea.

great idea.
