Line Reactor Help

Ok I know a lot of people don't like the reactor binding for what ever reason so please don't be a dick and just say toss them or they suck etc.

Problem: the toe and heal pieces are moving like they are louse from the plate that the sit on in a horizontal way, hear is a link to a video so you can get a better idea of what i'm talking about http://www.xen.be/binding.mov

I was wondering if there is a way to tighten the toe and heal pieces so there is less movement, i don't think that its normal and it seems like the connection of the toe and heal pieces to the plate that they sit on is louse, so if you have any idea of how to fix this please let me know thanks

 
dude this happened with mine. either keep bugging the store to return your product, or ship them back to line through your store. it happened to me too, although i was lucky. i continued to buy my store until they got so sick of me that they refunded the ski.
 
put a boot in the binding and try to do it, they shouldn't budge. most reactors do that, but they wont (or shouldn't) move like that when a boot is clicked in.
 
and the screw in the top doesn't tighten the toe piece the way you need it tightened, it decreases/increases the vertical clearance needed for different boot brands
