Line reactor bindings

anyone have any say one these bindings? I have heard they are horrible to get onto the ski, but once they work, they are great...any input?

 
well in 2 months of skiing them i broke 5 toe pieces and 3 heel pieces. on them. u get used to the weight.

It's all about having the right shop set them up. If your shop isn't certified by line, then don't bother buying them. But if they are i would highly reccomend them, they are a great binding if set up properly.

i had them and loved them when they worked. but i broke two toe pieces straight off. super easy to set up or transfer from ski to ski.

same i have heard all thes problems. but i have a pair and love them just make shure they are set up by somebody who knowes what there doing and youll love them

 
when they broke, was it just a fluke, or were you actually doing something that caused them to brake? Basically, how did they brake?

 
my first one i just kicked into my binding and the toe came clean off. defect my guess. my second pair went broke 3 weeks later just from riding.

my shop sells all of line stuff. and he went to a work shop were they tought them how to mount them.

when the local shop was origionally mounting my bindings they found that a piece was missing...then when they tested them after they got the piece, they didn't work...they found they had to actually go through the company to find out exactly what to do, but apparently they should work great now

 
get them mounted by josh if you live in colorado....the two times christy's set them they broke the next day

reactors are dope as long as you have a certified person set htem up for you. the reason everyone breaks them so often is because they think they know how ot set htem up and then they fuck it up. they are sweet bindings, no knee injuries

My sig gets fucked up if i put it in, so i just dont have one.
 
alright heres the dciding thread if you want to land switch evertime and not worry about double ejecting...get them they are contured weird so when you alnd too far forward..BAM youre out

BUT

If you want bindings that will hold really well in the powder and realease when you lean too far BACK to save your knees get them...i have them and i like them for this reason but they are hella heavy

anybody knows what's line's policy on returns or defects? i've had my pair of reactors since late this past season and didn't have any problems...

but it's good to know what to do if they do end up broken... anybody?

I just returned mine to my shop and they sent them out for me. But there is a two year warranty on them and the have to be a defect. If they can telll by looking at hit, you hit it with a hammer, then they wont send you out new ones.

i just got my skis with the bindings back from the shop and the guy said he tested them and they worked properly...so i am looking forward to a good season

 
ok quick question here...a lot of people are saying that the toe pieces and heel pieces are coming off and then going on to say that this won't happen if you get them mounted correctly, from my knowledge they are mounted in the center of the binding so how would gettin them mounted by a line expert make the toe/heel stay on better...im just wondering this cuz i have been thinkin about getting thses myself

THE EXPLOITATION OF ANTHONY BACON,

As many of you well know, anthony bacon has committed many war crimes, not against humanity but against the world of skiing. The east coast plays a large role in not only the ski industry but also in the up-and-coming of many skiers, some are pros now, some are well on their way to becoming pro. kids from crews such as the bogart crew and the waterville team have been overly exploited by bacon.

Bacon has intertwined himself within the heart and soul of skiing as a major repersentative for anon goggles and as a shitty ass film maker that recieves street creds that is not deserved. Because of his chubby grasp on the ski industry, he is able to get away with his evil doings. To start things off i will discuss why his excuss for cinematograhy should not be in existance today:

His movies are taken of skiers that are unaware of his presence at are put in the movie without consent or credit.

His movies are poorly shot because of incognito essense of his shots ruining the reps of many respectable skiers.

The professionals in his movie are only related through his bullshit job with anon. In fact most of the riders like Bibby and Schiller werent even aware they were in the movie untill they saw the trailor online.



He gives no credit to half of the athletes in his movie. There are shots in this years film, of people who have been given no recognition, and are just thrown into other peoples seggies.

He is a man that makes promises left and right that he has no intention whatsoever of carrying out. He hasnt ever given out any of the awards that he has in his "contests" and he is constantly screwing over all the athletes that he films with.

Pretty much in conclusion of the H3NIGGER side of things he is the most unprofessional and dishonest person in the industry.

yes by golly i think we shall...

The breakfast ham runs his affairs with anon even worse than the way he runs his company H3O. He has a funny idea of sponsorship which apparently means that by giving a kid one pair of free goggles (no contract etc.) that he has full ownership of that skier, and that when they do well he can claim them as a rider.

CanadianBacon is constantly lying to all of his athletes! from what i hear, nobody except for Banks Gilberti ever recieves any of their promised and deserved product. Is this a coincidence that he is the owners son?



In conclusion anthony buttface lies to everybody that he works with, produces poor films of athletes that are unaware they are even being filmed, and has gained himself the worst possible reputation ever in the ski community.

Tony Bacony i hope you get what you deserve!

 
Why bother with Lines? The only advantage is you can swap to diff skis but to me that is sketchy, how can the screws hold up coming in and out so often? Since Pollard uses S916's, im not gonna trust reactors.

 
wrong and they can save your knees and believe me i would take the extra weight and the extra cost to safe my knees but i don't have enough cash so i don't have line bindings or i would
