Alright, I know this has been said over and over again, but I completely respect the line company, team, and staff. I believe what they are doing to the ski industry is good, but the skis they are making are too damn weak. I have heard countless people talking about how the edges of their skis are literally coming off. I thought maybe it would only happen to them, and that mine would be alright. WRONG, after 2 days of light skiing, the edges on my Mike Nicks are literally seperating from my skis. All of the lamination is ripping off the tops, and im pretty pissed off. Anyone else have problems like this, and what did you do to fix it?

 
I think I've heard of just about every ski out there losing edges and delaming, seems people get defective skis, or are a lot harder on their gear then the pros.

 
I have had blue 1260s since they came out. Since then I've skiied pretty hard on them and havent gone out of my way to take care of them. The only problems I have are dull edges and some scratches in the base. My edges arent ripping out and my tips and tails arent delamming. The topsheet of one of my tails has a little chip missing too. No big deal. So I guess some people get bad skis or they just throw them at cement all day long.

yeah same with my old 1260's, never had n e problems with em, quite solid actually compared to what everyone seems to say/their experiences

the best lines were the old 1260's but now they changed from the sidwalls, to gay cap skis. there weak

What you can do to fix them is go to the shop and get em warrantied. If what you say is true and you are not just making a big deal out of something that is purely cosmetic, Line will warranty them in a second.

....yeah, if your edges are falling out after two days of light skiing, then there is a defect with your skis.

 
With some of the falls on urban and summer siking i have done my mike nicks have broken edges but who cares, il ride them intill they brake in half.
