Line Prophet models

I was looking into Line profets, and so far (on this site) I have heard about the Prophet 80, prophet 100, and prophet 130. I am assuming the numbers refer to how wide they are underfoot. anyway on the line website they only have the Prophet 130 ... Do the other models exist ??

You probably could have figured this out by searching the forums, but I'm in a good mood. The Line site currently only shows the 04/05 skis, which only included the Prophet 130.

The 05/06 lineup will include the Prophet 75, 80, 100, and 130, the numbers corresponding to the width underfoot.

why are they making the 75???? its gunna be just like the assasin, it may be a good ski, but it wont really appeal to anyone, the 80 might be the same way also.

^i know, but the prophet 75 and 80 will be ver similar skis, a skinnier all mountal freeride ski, which rreally doest fit most peoples needs. You misread my thread, or i misposted, but either way, what im trying to say is that the assasins didnt sell and the prohet 80s and 75s are similar so why is line making them?

i thought there was a 110 in there not a 75. Anyways... fuck the others... the 130s will rock your cock.

i've ridden them and I had so so much fun. They are sweeettt!!

The 110 is the E.Pollard Pro called the Elizabeth.

It's my understanding that they are all pretty different, in the way they were constructed [materials].

For example, the 100 has like extra metal or something in it, rather than the 130 without.

 
The 130's are probably the best ski around perfect for every thing not just powder!

lol, Im gonna get elizabeth's for a new park ski and 110 seems nuts, ha, you'd have to pop up onto a 130 edge lol, (sarcasm), but it must feel way different than the normal 80 range that you can of course just roll on. Anybody carve groom with 130's??? whats it like

you gotta be kiddin me. Like how much bigger, and why. I mean at a certain point the fatness would become a bad thing. If you're skiing with your feet a basic shoulder width apart they can't be only two inches from eachother. you'd be hitting them together all the time, no?

(It's funny how I ride a 176 and that feels comfy, and my old 171's feel so small, and a 182 feels huge,... the 172's are gonna feel so small again though, obviously the shear width will make it nothing like my old 171's though!)

I spent a couple weeks in Whistler riding the 100's and they were stellar.

the prophet 80 and 75 are replasing the assasin line of skis. they are both built for similar purposes (all-mountain). it's just line updating their models.

The 100's were in a 186 and beat my ass, they were mounted farter back and i went for a 180 fucking around at 20 mph and damn near knocked my ass out. Ski was to long for me other than that im sure they wil kill it, ELizibeths here i come.

They're no longer releasing the Prophet 75, not enough demand for it i think.

The Prophet 80 is basically this years Assassin MTX Pro. Its an awesome all mountain ski. (I've you're into that kinda thing!)

I was thinking about a 150 waist. The 130's are big, don't get me wrong, but people seem to think you have to change your stance to ride them. Not true. You don't have to spread your legs out anymore than you do on any other ski.

I think 150 will be close to the top end as far as width goes. I spent a week on the 130's and loved it. As Josh said you don't have to change your stance. Its funny all the smack talk people would throw down about them. People were talking negatively about them in lift lines when I'm standing right there! Still too much hate in skiing.

 
I was planning to buy some Elizabeth's next year, but instead I bought last years 4frnt MSP 180 for cheap.

Pollard skis a prophet 150 in the BC. He's the only one who gets it though, but hopefully line will sell it next year.

it feels a lot like water skiing. You can feel the ski holding an arc through the turn but at the same time, you're kind of sliding sideways down the mountain. that sounds like a really shitty ride but it's actually really cool.

^No, I think that we have had this thread before, and the truth is that those demensions aren't really known by anyone on here (atleast not last year this time).

The point is that they are really short like you said, maybe 150, or maybe 166 -- either way, they're short.

 
they're for next year they haven't put them on the website for that reason

yes they do axsist but i dont think that the line site has been updated with next years skis because until justh this year there was only a prophet on e thirty

yea yea, i wanted to get the prophet 100s but i have no idea what i should get.. 179 or 186... i'm not an insane skiier ripping up huge lines. i just want to know what length for me, 5'11" 160lbs.. any suggestions?:)
