Line Pin Grip

Hi, I've recently bought Line's pin poles and they are too long so I wanna cut em but I can't figure out how remove the grips. I've tried to heat them different ways but it still stucks. I would like to know if there is a special way to remove them. Thanks Ns!

most shops have a grip remover. it locks the grip loosely and holds on to the shaft and pulls the shaft out.

wow that sounds oh so dirty.

i thought the whole point of the line poles was that they come in shorter sizes so you don't have to cut them. what'd you do?

Actually when I was gonna buy em I asked the shop if they could cut the pole down but they couldn't because of the gray piece on the bottom of the grip

if you have a air compressor, get a ling skinny nozzle you can fit between the grip and the pole and blow air in while pulling the grip. Or get WD-40 and spray it in between the grip and the pole.
check out the nut thing on the top, make sure it actually is just plastic... not a lock.

or you can do it the easy way, put them in hot water for a few min, then pull off your self
