Actually they weren't made as kids skis originally, Mike Nick was formely a snow blader and he used really short skis for a year or two when making the transition. I don't know if I am totally correct when I say this but I want to say that they are 78 underfoot... Dont take my word for it though... and they didn't come in 153 only 143.

you do realize how small a 143 is for someone who is 6ft? guessing you dont way 90 pounds...

you should be on something in the 170s for a park ski

these are m.n. pro 143s for way back. Back in the x-games big air days, he wanted to use them, but he had to use the 164cm 1260's to be able to compete. After that they just went on to make regular length twin tips after that "transitional" year from skiboards to skis.i think they were 78 mm underfoot like the guy above said, ill try to find the old catalog.
