Okay, from what I've read these skis are pretty good. I have a question about them for all you who have them/have skied them. The dimensions are 106-78-95. That seems to be a pretty narrow tail compared to other twintips. (PE= 104, TM= 102, etc.) Anyway, my question is, Does this effect the stability of landing and/or riding switch or effect how well the ski carves? Thanks.

I love the ski...carving switch is amazing.

In comparison to 1260s, they are obviously a more all-around ski.

they are much more stable forward and backwards, and they carve forward and backward much better.

I like landing on them...not sure why, but they aren't SUPER wide, but i still like them.

I don't have much to compare the wide tail to, so I don't think I can help you there.

i wont drop out of high school for skiing, mom

the width is good cuz your on groomed most the time and it transfers enegry quicker for turning in the pipe

Yeah, i noticed the tails seemed a little thin when i saw them but i haven't found any problems with that, i just love the skis. Just to warn you though, the top-sheets scratch real easy, but it's just a cosmetic thing.

Thanks for all the info people. I gots another question. How easily to they scratch up in comparison to the PEs or TMs or AR5s?

its true, my skis look like shit but are stilla sweet ride after 1 1/2 seasons

Yeah, it's true, it seems very weak. I stopped scraping snow off my skis going up a lift because every time i did i'd put another scratch in them. However, they are all very, very shallow so they don't affect performance. And that guy was right about carving switch. Today was my 3rd time really trying to carve and i feel that i got the hang of it REALLY quick. Took me about two runs, it was great.
