Line Masterminds or K2 Sights?

My friend is getting a new pair of skis, and he is debating between the Line Masterminds and the k2 sights. I am pretty familiar with the masterminds, but i am not really familiar with k2 skis in general. he is 5' 6 150 lbs. Which one should he get? or if you have a better suggestion, please help me.

i dont think you can compare the abang to the mastermind for durablity cuas they r toootally differrent. but i have chronic cryptos and i recomended my friend the masterminds and he got them. they r a great, low price, starter ski def recomend as a price point ski

masterminds are going to be more durable. I had K2's one year, and they delammed halfway through the season. My line afterbangs are still kicking after a season and a half of abuse.
