so ive been into line for a good while now, but their shit just wont hold up for me. its not like im breaking skis, im just skiing them, and they delaminate. im onto my third pair of warrantied skis in less than three seasons, all for delaminating. i like em and all, but i just cant stand behind a company whos skis cant hold up to regular park use. plus their topsheets are super soft, not a good quality for a park ski, and ive had many good size chunks taken out of them just grabbing in the air, let alone falling. i dunno, i think ive given up on them. anyone else had similar problems?

so let me get this straight, you cant stand behind line because when you fall your skis hit TOGETHER taking 'chunks' out of your ski?

i wouldnt think that skis would delminate that frequently. and i also believe that a park ski should have a beefier topsheet than lines, 4 inch long gauges in the topsheet seems a bit strange for me without falling on them.

my 4frnts are the same deal I've ridden prolly 30 days on them and the topsheet is more fucked up than my pocketrockets that I rode for 100 days, actualy now that I look at them my pocketrockets took no damage whatsoever from me riding them, too bad they are noodles and skinny

old lines were definately not that great as far as durability goes. but anything after 04 is pretty solid in my experience.

ill be super rich and own mt.hood and let everybody from ns ski for free... except freezed

ive got some mavericks and they hold up great relative to how much thrashing they recieve. yeah ofcourse i have chunks of topsheet missing. thats the price i pay for time in the park.

I've got Skogens from 00, and they are holding up great. They have scratches all over the top, but its nothing major. They've even been run over by some duesche who didn't wait for me to scrape my ass off a landing before hitting a jump.

The worst damage is a cracked edge from a rail, and a gouge to the wood where some screaming girl ran over my skis from behind and took us both out, the bitch.

 
u did say they warrentied em every time so id say thats a plus...even if it would be better to have no skiing down time they are standing behind their products.

 
thats alot for skis to be breaking, but if they keep warrantying them you might want to stick with them. You dont want to switch companies, have the skis break, n then be stuck with no waranty

 
you are getting huge gouges in your skis because you are riding pollard's and they are not ment to be crossed

 
my mike nicks from 02 are so solid its wicked i give em hell all the time and they hold out so great i only have on little cut out form crossing but thats nothing all my older skis would have no topsheet after 1 year these have lasted me like 3 years ... you just prolly fall alt and suck lol

your the only person i have ever heard say that about lines..they seem to hold up well in my opinion
