Line/K2 warranty

I had some line's warrantied at the end of last season. My shop sent them out in september; apparently, they are sitting at the line factory (china maybe?) waiting for k2 to decide what to do. I'm in Colorado, and ski season started a few weeks ago, but I don't have any skis. This sucks. Any ideas?
 
3 of 4 tips on my pollards delammed two seasons ago...still havent gotten my skis on warranty. but they have assured me that i will be getting bacons this season, although they did the same last year with elizabeths, so ill believe it when i see it.
 
it seems like alot of ski compainies are messed up this year

i preordered my rossi scratch boots in june and they said they would have them in august and i still dont have them and i live in Colorado to and ive been skiing 3 days already without my new boots and it is pissing me off!!
 
I called them, they said product is shipping. What does that mean? I think I am gonna call my shop and figure out whats up.
