I have heard alot about the new line invaders, and i was wondering if anyone would do me a favor buy posting a picture of them.

thanks

my grandma could do butters on these things. still stiff in the tip and tail so they won't wash out on you. 178 is the longest they will come in.

113-74-113 i think are the specs.

thats odd theyre going back to the completely symmetrical shape, like the first 1260's. i had the orange 1260's a while back and i certainly wouldnt want my only ski to be symetrical.

If the longest is 178, that means they might have something in the 150s right?

whats this crazy flex pattern you speak of?

The design allows the ski to flex in front and behind the binding for butters, yet still keeping a consistant flex in the tip and tail.

This is contrary to just making the tip and tail super soft like a lot of other designs offer.

well i guess its not a big secret anymore...

i highly doubt they will be very good for all mountain, considering they are true center mounted, completely symetrical, and so ridiculously flexy.

will they have fatter edges than this years 1260, even tho theyre only $299? the edges on my 1260s are already coming out

they wont be that great for all mountain. really soft, center mounted, but still gonna be a fun ski

What skis are wider, the invaders or the Fujas?

instead of having a rediculously soft tail all the way through, like, say, the t-halls, there is a very noticeable point where the ski flexes like kuh-razy. if i buy a new pair of skis anytime next year, it'll probably be these.

i want these bad. with them being so cheap it will be easier for me to get an all mountain ski also

The differences are Invader has a better flex pattern for park, really really flexy around ceneter and stiffer near the tips. Fujees are a little stiffer (i am guessing) and will probably work a little better in pow. but they are both park skis so i would take the invader

For anyone who had the old 1260's or any center mounted ski I was wondering if they were hard to get used to? My other question is if a center mounted ski is better for park and jibbing than a regular binding mount because it puts u in the middle, wich may give u mor balance?

would the fuji or the invaders be better for all mtn...i know they arnt ment for all mtn but im getting one of these and depending on the conditions here in the east our park might be fucked so i might need a all mtn ski so i can still hit some of the side jumps

Those Things look fuckin sick.....im 5' and i skied the Chronic Minis.....wow what a let-down....they are way tooo stiff for JRs and outside the park they ski like shit....LETS HOPE THE INVADERS PWNE

nobody really has these skis, and im guessing taht anyone who does won't be answering anytime soon

They are very light. I haven't put them on a scale next to the Fujis but they are at least the same if not lighter.

I have 178s and they're dope as fuck. They ski all mountain really well surprisingly if it's at all soft out. And they spin quicker than anything I've ever skied. $299 is a steal. I'll post pics later tonight. Gotta go new South Park on right now!

greetings from CO, jsut went to jibij today actually and josh was sayin they come in a 168, 78, &a 188 i think. underfoot the core is shaved down for a soft middle and stiffened in the tip and tail. he said the butters are 'crazy' easy and u have to get used to manual'ing b/c u will eat it a few times. i wanna say the dimensions are ~115-85-115, u can ride them both backwards if u want.

im gonna be in utah prob mar 20, wheres the good snow, lookin to do possib 3 days at alta, wanna ski, not park it

Josh posted ACCURATE specs in this thread. At any rate, I would also like to know if the invader is going to have the fat edge and base... if so, it'll blow the Fujative away.

^Invaders do have the thick edge and base. And they are still super light.

Alright then, that's all I needed to hear. I'm calling it: These will be the greatest park skis ever made.
