LINE Invaders

Would center-mounted Invaders be better than normal rental skis on all mtn. would they be really hard to control in trees?

im pretty sure theyre pretty park-specific, really buttery. and if you were in the trees with a lot of snow, they wouldnt do as well as an all mountain ski

first off, you need to center mount invaders, that's what they're made for. Secondly, unless you're skiing hardpack through the tress wich i highly doubt your not, they're gonna be hard to handle. Try going with something that you can mount back a little further such as the Armada AR6 or the Salomon Suspect. The suspect would be your best bet if you're looking for something to tae you into the trees too.

haha, or you could try a chronic, it's built for trees too and is an 85 waist so it's 2mm wider than an invader. Ya dig?

Well if you arnt gonna be skiing park with them why get a park specific twin? Dont worry about looking cool and go with the rentals. If your gonna be skiing groomers and powder that is...

the invaders are good all around.
it just takes time to get used to them.
but once you do that are the BEST

ive taken my invaders in the trees before with a foot or two of pow. just because its not easy doesnt mean its not fun. if you find an open spot and gain some speed you'll float right up. you just have to put pressure on your heels, which may be a little hard but for the price, you cant go wrong. also, how tall are you/what size. because if you are really short and light with the 151 or 161 you will float in pow

Invaders will work fine in the trees, sure not as well as say an atomic all mtn. non twin tip but they'll go, and i'm sure you'll have fun.

the only ski better then the invader was the melee in my book.
same ski only fat as hell and cirmentrical.

I skied the trees a couple times on my Invaders at Stowe. Obviously if I was mounted a little farther back on skis that weren't noodles I would of had an easier time. But they handled surprisingly well.

Invaders are the funnest skis i've ever ridden and it does not just have to be in the park. While they are amazing for park riding they are still solid anywhere on the mountain...if you know how to ski. I can ski anything on them and its the funnest ski ever.

If you can't ski invaders in the trees because they are center mounted you need to learn how to ski. They are the funnest skis to cruise around on. i ski them on any day other than pow days...park, tree, where ever they are the funnest skis to ride

dude the invaders are sick and wicked buttery but is anyone else having problems with the topsheet chipping way to much. mine like exploded with little bits torn off after like six trips to the hill.
