Line Invaders, 4Frnt TNK's?

Since my last thread only had one answer, and about 23 replies telling me to buy fujis, Im making another.

I can get both of these skis on a good deal. I ride alot of park, and need a ski at will hold up on jumps and rails, emphasis on jumps.

I am 145 lbs, 5'7. Mainly park, lots of switch riding.

I can get theses skis in the following sizes.

Invader... 171cm ONLY

TNK........175cm ONLY

as im only 17, and im still going to grow, should i go witht he 175's? If it makes any difference, Ill be mounting with FKS 120's.

Im just torn. I like both. Invader is symetrical, adn the TNK is like 4mm off. Any ideas? These are pretty much the only skis im intersted in. However, suggestions are nice, except on K2's, Rossis, Or Armada...just have had some problems with them...however, armada is being helpful at the moment.
 
Oh, I rode this season on some 176 T-halls, mounted true centre. I woud have liked them to be a bit shorter...so mayeb invaders? Im really confused..
 
i wouldnt go for either...invaders too short for you and 4frnt is just meh. look into some dynastar troublemakers or perhaps atomics
 
170 is short when you're center mounting. I'm 5'8 and 177 centermount is perfect for park. I'm confused because these 2 skis are very different. The invaders are soft and buttery skis and the TNKs are stiff pipe skis. Not the same at all. do you want stiff or soft skis? the stiffness is not quite that of the MSP but close.
 
the 4frnt tnk is sooo bad ass. that is tied with the scratch fs wrs as my fav. park ski of all time. i can't stand the invaders because they're so soft. the tnk is substantially stiffer. keep that in mind if you like a really soft ski/really stiff ski because that would dictate your decision.
 
I liked my t-halls, but, I found that the softness was good and bad. Are the invaders softer than tghe 05/06 t-halls?
 
the invaders i rode were. i like thalls, but they're a little soft. the invaders were way too soft for me to even enjoy.
 
invaders are super fun if you like soft skis. i love mine. tnks are the complete opposite. super stiff but still super stable. id go with 178 invaders if i were you or a bigger tnk. personal preverance between soft and stiff
 
well its your call, both great skis, its just weather you like soft or stiff.thee both good for you. i like invaders, tnks are too stiff for my liking
 
yep. Im geting my bindings(fsk 120) in a week, and ill have to save up for a few weeks befroe i have the cash for the skis. Perhaps a new deal will come along, but as of now, Im really into the TNK's. Thanks for all the help.
