Sorry, we are going to need some pic's to see if it is really delam. Put if it truly is, slap some epoxy in there, clamp it down for a day or two, and you should be good.
 
you can also drill some holes put some rivets in there with the epoxy and it'll be stronger than new
 
I don't know if it is truly delam. but the topsheet was peeling a bit along the edge and i wanna stop it before it gets bad.
 
I have one friend who had this on his 07 lizzies he contacted them and sent them in and he got the 08s for free. i also have two friends who had this with invaders and anthem and they also got next years on warranty...of course theyd have to see it and see if it is warranty or wear and tear...
