LINE CHRONICS QUESTIONS

Hi there... For starters: I know part of my questions have been asked before, but I want straight, fresh answers so I'm asking again:

1. Are the Line Chronics good skis? Light? Flex?

2. Have any changes been made for the 06 Chronics?

3. Am I the only one who thinks next years design of the chronics sucks?

Thanks people!

no, i think next years design for the chronics is bad too, but its cool that they're going to have a wide and non wide version

pats peak is awesome

O come on dude. The way tht LINE makes aweosme ski's and puts great artwork on is like the greatest comibination ever.

haha i totally agree with u i was gonna pick up a pair of this years chronics instead of buying em nxt year cuz i hate the graphic

I really like this years Chronic graphics. The ski is pretty light, but is also stiff. I found it to be a great all mountain ski, but too stiff for me in the park.

I hate the name and don't like the graphic but absolutely love the skis.

My reasons for not liking the graphics and the name are because I work in a shop. I get so tired of losing sales because some kids mom doesn't want him near anything with a drug related name, or doesn't want her little baby on those mean looking skis.

It sucks because a lot of people are missing out on a really good ski over superficial bullshit.

Yeah, but that leaves moer of a good ski for the slightly older ones ;)

Also, have any changes been made from last years Chronics to the 06 ones?

Thanks!

Good skis? Yes. Well built, double thick base, thicker edges, and a solid core. Flex? It all depends, but when I first picked them up, I was a little surprised. They're not "stiff" in the traditional sense of the word, but for a park ski, they're stiff. They're not super stiff, but they're one of the stiffer park skis I've played with.

Next year's chronics are either ugly or you have no taste in graphics. I'm going with the latter. As for changes, I'm not sure, but I know that the topsheet looks cooler.

Bahahaha... or, you could call it the 'elitist snob' cult. Anyways, my family already owns a country club, so no thanks.

Aesthetics aside, there's not really any difference between this year's and next year's chronics.

May as well buy this year's and save a few.

I have 11 other pairs of twin tips and they are the best out of all of them. And by the fuckin way the graphics are wicked and so are next years graphics!! Allways BUY LINE SKIS!!!!

i also found them to be on the stiff side for me especially not weighing that much, (160 soaking wet). but after a few days on them they have softened up nice and the tails are super forgiving. They ski real nice too when you are just cruising and the little wider than most park skis waist makes em stable and forgiving too. damn good ski in my opinion ill prob have em till they snap on me, if that even happens.

they do pop really really well, but they are stiffer than most pipe/park skis, pretty light too unless you ride reactors (i do). i like em. 299 you say? maybe ill have to get another pair

/\ chrons only come in 177 unless you get the mini chron which is like 140 something i think. If you want another pair get them from getboads they aren't that bad they just mess up once in a while.

shops all over the place are selling last years chronics for about 250....one of the shops has the 177s for 200...get last years....sick for all mtn and park and they soften up fast...if you can help it...try not to get the reators...great for park and give the ski balance..but suck in pow

i don't like next years graphics either but i think that the chronics are great skis, great in the park and all around.
