Line chronics mounting position question

Me: 5'11, 170lb, general type 3 skier. East coast. doesn't really charge hard, wanting to get into park more so I got the '14 chronics at 178. Got a pair of Look PX12 binding to mount. I'd say I'll be doing mtn-park at 70-30 or 60-40, I can do fine allmtn, having problems at bump(and I'll ski them this year trying to improve), almost total noob in park(5050 box is all I can do now basically), never been in legit trees, maybe this year as I used to be on 73mm underfoot cruisers last year and I hope chronics give me more float

With all that, I got some questions:

1. how big of an impact(if any) would it be if I mount at "freestyle center" mark on the ski, which I think is not the so-called "true center" of the ski?(I could be wrong)

2. how "bad" would it be if I mount at the "All mountain" mark if I'm trying to spin?

I know, mostly noob questions but really would appreciate answers. +K to answers

I would go somewhere in between, center won't be the best for all mtn, which seems to be your priority. I'm kind of in the same boat. atm I'm kind of leaning towards mounting mine 2-3 cm back from center.

Last season I took Lupton's advice and went center. It was the right choice. If you are doing mainly park just go center.

Thanks all. I ended up going center since I figured that even with 60% time outside of park I'll mostly be derping around groomers instead of charging at 50mph etc. and I should survive beginner level trees/bumps with these so why not...
