My Chronics are chipping like a mo. Took em to Colorado twice and shredded hard but ive never seen skis chip on the top sheet like they do. Any suggestions?

Pics?

It probably is not a problem, but if some of the chips seem really deep fill it in with epoxy.

Even if you epoxy all the chips it might help prevent some future and larger chips

The top sheets on the chronics chip really easily, so it looks not great but it dosent make the quality worse or anything so its all good

Not a problem, just leave the ski to dry for a few days, get some 5 min epoxy, and smooth it out, maybe tape it so it does not leak on the base. The main thing is not to let water get into the core.

Mine are chipping considerably aswell. But it seems all park skis nowadays chip. So you essentially just have to take care care them and epoxy.

Capwall skis chip. plain and simple Its part of their construction they just are.

Every ski chips. Everytime you hit your skis together on the chairlift or spinning or sliding rails they will chip. Its a fact of life.

Just make sure that if they start delaming or getting really bad put some 2 part epoxy on them and seal up the spots before water gets to the core and rots it.

Get over it...Worrying about skis chipping when skiing park is like worrying about getting a new pair of shoes dirty. It's gonna happen no matter what.
