Line Chronics: 2008 vs. 2009

So I just trashed my 05 Chronics and need a new pair. The thing Is, I am an east-coaster for the rest of the season so I won't be able to get out much (Read: It's raining). I really like the topsheet on the 08 model and sorta dig the 09's, but I'd like to know if Line is planning anything new.

Am I going to lose out on anything if I get a deal on end-of-season 08's? money is not too much of an issue, but I want to make sure that I'm not rushing anything.
 
i hade the same perdiciment, i was gonna wait to but the 09s but i went with the 08s theres really no difference, just depends on which graphic you dig the most when u think about it their gonna be covered in snow half the time so whats the point of a fancy graphic
 
I personaly like the 09's more base is sick and the top sheet is very chill and awesome, but go with whatever you want man i would prefer 09 though.
