Just curious if anyone knows anything about the Line Celebrity or Shadow.. I'd love to get my hands on a pair! when can i see them on the market?

I think they are going to be released in april?... I'm getting the line shadows off demo in mid march tho... they are awesome skiis

The line shadows/celebritys are the woman specific skiis

The Shadow is out of the same mold as the Chronic.

Same dimensions at 110-80-103, but they have a poplar core which makes them a little lighter and the flex is softer but still made for aggressive female riders.

The Celeb is basically a mothership designed with female riders in mind. Once again it has a Poplar instead of Maple core.

 
HAHA i demoed the shadows, i didnt know they were girl skis. they were super soft for me though.

the phat luv isn;t twin and has a 95mm waist. The new line is 90mm 172cm mothership basicly.

i just thought they looked like it in this picture. they have the same dimensions as the pistols, which makes them badass.

i really like them they are alot of fun to ski, all my guy friends would steal em and ski them this summer. they are really nice if u have to carry ur skiis alot too cause they are really light

So the local rep isn't a very good one, and didn't take them out of the plastic. Fact is, the skis are made in china, and line doesn't have them in yet. So how would some nobody in ohio have had them in May? They were his demo set.

B-Anyone who sucks enough cock (like you and your sister) can get skis for less than what they're worth. Wait a while till you see what they really retail for before you start claiming you got a good deal, slut.

I got the chance to demo the K2 Phat Love and despite the fact that they're ugly as shit, it was a pretty good ski. I'm wondering if the Celebrity will have the same feel? Would it be as soft as the Phat Love? I also rode the Queen Attiva's by Volkl and they were way too stiff for the type of stuff I like to do in the backcountry.

Anybody have any opinions or knowledge on Celebrity vs. Phat Love?
 
in that chicks defense, a friend of mine got celebrities at the end of last season (in plastic). maybe you guys just dont know everything...

also, to whoever asked, my friend says the skis kick ass. she said they had great pop and felt really light and lively. shes a good skier, too, so if she likes them then id bet theyre a decent ski worth checking out.
 
pff... I'd say the best place to pick them up would be jibij. Give them a call at 1-866-jib-skis. Ask anyone on here and they'll tell you how repuitable and awesome jibij is.
