Line Blend

I have been debating heavily on getting the line blend. Would you use it as a park ski 70% and 30% other. It is as wide as I want for the east but I want a wide ski. I would be using it as a one ski quiver so that is why I want the width. I was considering the Anthems but I don't like cap instead of sidewalls. Also I think the anthems might be a little soft for my taste.

Sparknotes: would you use the Blends in the park a lot

the stance on the blend is around 8 back, which is definitely further than you would mount them, so you just have to think if you want to be a ways in front of the sidecut or not. If you have a stance further backseat, it wont matter as much as if you have a racer-like stance. I know the kung fujas has a similar flex with a further forward stance, same as the live life 2, but you have to consider if you wanted a ski that much narrower or wider. Nordica zeros might be an option as well at 104 waist, and nordica makes great skis. just my two cents. Other than that the blends are a good ski from the sounds of it, not that many people have tested it yet (same goes with the kung fujas and nordica zero)

I would mount them smack dab in the middle of the ski, not 8 back. I have skied the kungfujas and though they were good but a little soft. How do you think they would perform in the park compared to the Fujas. The fujas worked well in the park

I have them

fucking hated them at first and tryed to get rid of them but then they grew on me alot and now i love mine. I mounted -2.5 from back and slay everything

deff get them

madddd durable also IMO

I just got my new blends and had old blends last year. This years are softer, poppier, and don't ski as big as they are. I just put 2 days of park on them and they are sick. I have them mounted center (i'm 5'7.5 and 135lbs on 178's) and i can control them fine. I'm really stoked on it. Carves switch fine too.

If your talking about the older blends, then they are stiffer and more burly, but still a fun ski. I had mine mounted back 2cm and it skied switch fine too. Both skis rock for park, especially jumps. They stomp.
