Hey, i can not decide to if i should buy the Line Blend or the Obsethed. What should i get?

I live in Whistler and im looking for a true one ski quiver i wiegh 120 pounds and 5 kgs and am 167 cm tall 5.5 feet. (I dont mind riding a bigger ski than me). I'm pretty good in pow and big mountain but i aint that god in the park i wanna get better though.

Im looking for a ski thats great in pow good in park and not shocking for big mountain.

I really like the obsethed, however, im worried they wont do good in the park i iant that good but im not shocking so how good will they be in the park compared to the Blends?

Which ski should i get?

thanks

without looking it up, I'm pretty sure the obsethed have a little rocker in them while the blends are just camber. Using this alone, obsethed will be funnier in powder. Your decision depends on how much park you ski, rockered isn't something my perfect park ski has but maybe yours is.

you can get them off porterstahoe.com for $290. I just bought a pair. but you should go for the blend. I don't like the obsethed. its big, fairly heavy, and feels like it would be sluggish. I haven't ridden it but I saw it at my shop and I didn't like the look of it.

that sucks, I just bought them last night. I know i didn't get eh last pair because I checked back to see. They were even still up there this afternoon, someone must have snagged them.

I rode them all over the mountain on icy snow.. and they killed. they were way fun, lots of pop, lots of fun.. they were good in the park for sure.. such an awesome ski..

i have never been on the obsethed but i just picked up a pair of 09 blends and loved them. i skied variable conditions on them including some late season colorado pow and wow did they perform. they ate up the groomers, blasted through crud like nothing and i really liked how they held up in the softer snow. coming from 86mm chronics, at 100 underfoot i didn't find them slow from edge to edge which makes them a killer all mt ski. park depends on where you mount them i guess... i mounted them on the line (7-8 back from center) and they where ok for park, but i've hear of lots of people mounting them at 3-4 back and loved them for everything. blends are a solid choice if your looking for a 1ski quiver.

If you like rockered skis, then you should get the Seths, cause they have a mini rocker in the tip in tail. The Blends have normal camber, and they are 5mm slimmer than the Obsethed, so they wont float quite as well. The Blends are a little lighter, than the Seths, but not by much. Overall, if you want to ride powder a lot and do tricks and maybe charge like Seth Morrison, get the Obsethed, but if you want a very versatile ski that does quite well anywhere, get Blends
