line binding

hey wonder if anyone can help me out

how does the system work?

line site is pretty crap just thinking about developing a custom binding

any info would be cool....thanks

they have a super small toe piece, thats the only thing that kinda bugs me

why are doves the international symbol of peace? why not pillows? they have twice as many feathers and not the dangerous beak

When the officer says: 'Gee son you're eyes look red have you been drinking? respond: Gee officer your eyes looks glazed. Have you been eating doughnuts?

stay away from it, we had it in the shop, its bad news

great idea, great purpose and protection, bad design, line is re-vamping the design for next year, tweaking the design, just wait a year and pick a pair up IF they fix the problems

the toe piece breaks very easily and it has some bad issues with double ejection landing switch, no matter how perfect u land

line had major problems with their binding but hey its their first binding ever and its the first binding of its kind ever so of course there are gonna be some major problems. wait a year or two and it will be promising cuz they will work out all the kinks. and the super small toe piece is weird, ive heard of the wings snapping off on them, they should beef those up.

yea, ther av been some problems but it is their first binding.

Its not really a park binding though.

Give em a season and itl all be ok.

thanks guys...it was more the system for using it on different line skis

didnt it have like a quick release system so you could have a coupla pairs of line's and use the same bindings?

thanks alot anyway!

it's just only 4 screws for fast mounting so yes you would only have to have one pair of bindings for all your skis. i heard it was pretty heavy too...

i herd it was heavy as hell and fell apart in a week. as do most line products.

once u can ski midwest dirt and grass, you can call yourself good

getboards must die

1 tequila, 2 tequila, 3 tequila, FLOOR

There av been a few problems with them breaking and they are quite heavy, but the four screws system makes it real easy to switch bindings between skis. If you wanted real light bindings you could even put on their blade bindinsgs if you so desired.

'Just because I slept with you, doesn't mean I have to ski with you'

why does everyone bash line so damn much, i have 1260 (blue ones), then were a demo ski be4 i got them and they have worked amazing, no they aren't falling apart or delaming. Solid ski for me

My Skogans fell apart about 3 weeks after I got them. And they wont warrenty them. The binding is terrible from everyone I know who's tried it.

I think all ski companis should move towards the 4 hole bindings system but spread them out a bit more so its stronger. all bindings should be one piece too with the 4 hole design. the snowboard industry has been doin it for years and its a very practical system. it would be great, cuz ski choice changes with what you want to every day but not bindings(unless your gonna go race) so on pow days just switch up the bindings onto your fat skiis and shitty days for the park call for your park skiis, just throw your binding on there, no more fuckin bullshit with drilling skiis and re drilling skiis and having a pair of bindings for each ski.

its a really innovative binding, but it jsut needs to be de-bugged a hell of alot, wait a year or 2 and itll be good

I love mine. The only problem is sometimes when my binding is popped off, if I hit the toe-peice, it will slide around, but its not a big deal.

I heard he had a style, and so I came to see him and listen for awhile.

Please don't go, suberban rythem, all the other bands are just shit!

Dangerous objects were left about in the hope that it would do itself an injury, preferably fatal.

But it never did, and instead, hacked up the carpets with knives.

Or burnt enormous holes in the upholstery with acid.

yeah, i didn't like mine at first, but then i cranked up the din, and i don't have any more problems. except that you have to lift up the heel piece to step into it.

ok, i have the bindings, and they are awesome....

they release exactly when they need to, and don't do dumbass releases (falling off for no reason)...

but as they're the first year, they do have a few problems.....

1) They're heavy. The weight is all underfoot though, so it actually helps you spin once you get em moving.

2) They're hard to get OUT of. They don't like to let you go when you want to. This has nothing to do with their release factor while skiing, it's just something i've noticed when i want to hit the lodge. The high heelpiece is hard to push w/ a pole, and impossible with the other ski.

and whoever has been saying that they're not laterally (side to side) stable because of the center mounts is full of shit...... mabye they just need to tighten up the screws a little more.
