I need to decide between the line assassin mtx pro or the k2 public enemy. I have done searchs but cannot find much on the assassin. I do 70% all mountain, 30% park/jumps. Someone told me the assassin isnt much for jumping and the pe's chatter at high speeds, is this true? I really need some imput.

 
pes dont chatter and assasins r not park skis at all so if u want to go into the park at all do not get assasins. basicly im not even sure way a freeride company would make a goomer ski.

it's an they call it an all round freeride ski, but it's not really. I wouldn't take it into powder. Good on groomers. It'll do ok in park, but it's not a true twin tip. I mean I've gone in the park with true single tips, no upturn in the tail at all, and still held my own.

actually, they are dope skis, and work fine in the park. i would reccomend the lines. the PEs if the %s were the other way. but your only real option that will KILL it all mountain and in the park is a pair of 4frnt msps.

Lines site says they have a 55/30 tip/tail. kind of sounds like the tips on the old dynastar Candids. its just more of a beginer ski, it does have a 80mm waist so its not for deep powder but you could go make some tracks if you wanted. i wouldn't say you couldn't use them in the park but since park is not really a prime issue then i would say go with the lines

the lines are similar to oldschool twins like the enemeys and such. nice and stiff, pretty all mountain stance, and a twin tip. if you want to go a little more park, go with a lower model (carbon or fiberglass) as they are lighter than the ti ones, and will be easier to throw around in the park. but the assasins are a good choice for you. and a 30 mm tail is PLENTY for park.
