Line afterbang review

How well does the line afterbang do all around the mountain? I'm kinda thinking about getting a pair to be my only skis

I wouldn't get it for all mountain, save up for some chronics or something. Afterbangs are just too soft, extruded base isn't great, overall durability could be better.

The new ones might be lighter but the older models were super heavy especially when the snow is wet at all. I'd suggest the mastermind if you're looking for a similarly priced ski or the chronic if you can get the extra money. I have the chronics and love em.

I have 2012 line blends and I fucking love them, all mountain and in the park, a little wide for park/ heavy/spinning issues because I suck.

best fucking ski. someday i'll try the bacons but wow so much fun at the boat pressing on rollers, charging through crud, even got a pow line and hit a lil cliff. I absolutely love the stiffness of the ski.... highly recommended ski

I know many other lines are better for all mountain but I'm too small for them. I am currently skiing on a 149 so afterbang is the best option for my size

when I used to have the afterbangs 3 seasons ago i liked them until the wood got waterlogged and heavy. but nah they were kinda shitty in the pow, as is any park ski. not to say you can't do it tho. Then I got the da'nollies and by far my favorite ski i've ever shredded

I rode Abangs. Awesome in the park, not too recommended outside of it though. And the bases are pure garbage, at least the original model anyway.

How tall are you? You can probably get away with 164s, I made the jump from 155 fischers to 171 chronics this year and find it so much better.
