i have afterbangs and there either 155 or 166 and they are not flexible at all and i see edit with people with afterbangs and they are really flexible.

Is it because i have the shorter version??

are you trying to butter or press? most likely you are not getting your weight far enough forward/backward.

i'm 120lbs and flex these no problemo

^this and they do take a little to soften up but they should be pretty playfull, maybe you just need to practice butters and stuff

iv had mine for a coupe seasons now and they rockered themselves out and are super flexy still

really?

thats seems odd.

i bought fulltilts, strapped em on my feet and could double no problem, first time wearing them.

got some jiberish the week after, first day wearing that, futurespinsssss!

i would take them back to the shop, there is obviously something wrong with them.

Mine have gotten to be pretty flexible after time. Also kind of a thread jack but does anyone have trouble keeping speed with afterbangs? No matter how much I wax them I can't seem to go fast enough

So there's nothing I can do to be able to go faster? My home hill with its 100 something feet of vertical makes it impossible to clear the jump without bombing and I always knuckle the shit out of it

the problem is the bases don't "absorb" wax very well not necessarily the type of wax (I assume this kid is using the right wax and waxing regularly) Take them to a shop and have them put a structure on them using a stone grind. This basically grinds a pattern into the base which will give you some better results...

those look back a fair bit, just at a glance, might be the camera angle, you should put your boot in the binding and see if the center off mass line on your boot matches up with the skis centerline

Those are not centered, it's possible that the camera angle factors in but it very clearly looks like they are mounted back from center

to check if they are centered flip one upside down and put them base to base.. if the toe lines up with the heel you are golden.. if not you are fucked

This, just go into any halfway decent shop and tell them that you want them mounted at true center and you should be good to go!
