i was talking ro a manager at a ski shop that carries line, and he said they dicontinued the the binding and if your bindings break [ which mine did ] they cant send you a replacement. wierrrddd and damn. does anyone know how to warrenty these bindings??

I'm in the process of getting mine warrantied right now actually, I sent them out on monday and will hopefuly be getting a pair early next week.. through a shop mind yo.

i tried through this one shop[ the only local place that sells line ] but theyre a bunch of corperate goons so they didnt do shit. and sorry if the topic and subject are had to read i was under the influence when i wrote it hahaha

dude your shop should be able to take care of you. maybe they won't replace it with a new reactor but at least ask for store credit or something of = value. email line if you have any trouble.

sadly its true, i beleive alot of people that carry line knew it very early in the season, but neglected to tell people who would be buying there product to still make bank off the binding...i think line or the shops should refund anyone who purchased the bindings

now that i have thought about it, i think line, being so innovative and progressive in the ski industry should stand behind there saying of WANTING TO BE THERE FOR EACH AND EVERY SKIER, thats why they dropped there pro team right? now that they drop there binding, it hurts us who purchased it, and now i think they should help us out in some way.

The design was great, I believe it was a money thing. It wasn't profitable.

exactly...Line doesnt have the bank to keep it going and to give it the R&D it needed

the dilemma is that the place i bought the bindings from closed down

so i cant get store credit because

there is no store

thats pretty harsh, you cant really blame line though, runnin a business is tough. if i had problems id email line customer service and see if they can do anythign for you

They will not send you a pair of reactors. They discontinued the reactors and probably the best youll get is a rplacement pair of bindings from whatever shop you bought them from. Reactors as of now are a wicked shitty binding. Line will probably do some more testing and try to fix the problem but the reactors are incredibly shitty and the shop i bought them from told me that 3 out of 5 of the reactors they sold came back destroyed, and you have to keep in mind that this was 2-3 weeks after the season first started. I had the reactors for less than a week and a half and they busted for absolutely no reason. i would not recommend reactors to anyone until next seasons model or later at least.

they discontinued them...you wont see them next season, what sucks is that most shops wont let you trade in bindings because they would be taking a loss

does this mean that they will no longer be puting the binding mounts in their new skis. If so WTF thats the best part of the reactor being able to go from ski to ski and the reason i bought them. damn

That sucks, Line really had a good concept with the bindings, they just are too small of a company to keep loosing money off of it. They just need to make the binding lighter and stronger which is pretty hard to do.
