Limewire screwed my computer

delete the songs, along with ALl files and cookies that even remotely had anything to do with limewire. if that doesnt work, get ur comp cleaned
 
what does that have to do with not having a mac? if he wanted itunes then he could have got itunes. He obviously didn't want to pay.
 
Makes sense, but mine got so fucked up just from downloading it. My computer would just crash. Like two seconds after I installed Limewire...BAM, my computer flashed a blue screen. It kept happening until I deleted the program. It wasn't easy either because it kept shutting down before I got the chance to delete it.
 
macs can't get virus's...well i shouldn't say they CAN'T, but they dont. 99.99999% of all computer viruses out there only infect windows. So even when I download a corrupted file on limewire, it doesn't hurt my computer.
 
mac dont get viruses. he wasnt suggesting that he got itunes. he was suggesting that macs are better for that type of shit, which they are
 
restart your computer, and when you not using limewire make sure its closed, not just X'd out. i've had it for a while and it works fine.

yeah it will slow ur comp down big time..jsut make sure you exit out of the right hand corner icon when ur done with it and close it aLLL DOWN
 
also another little tip. Just download the free limewire, search for "limewire pro" and download the pro version for free...
 
the newer versions have mass spyware and shit... stick with an old version for infection free
