Limewire in danger?

Recently sites that provide movie link's to be downloaded and watched were taken down because of their violation of copyright laws. Because i used one of the sites somewhat frequently i looked into it a little further. i found that Obama has pledged to fight against the piracy of music and movies online. what im wondering is are file sharing programs like limewire and frostwire going to be targeted and deleted? and will this crackdown on piracy turn from just prosecuting the sites owners and operators, to prosecuting the people who use these programs for DLing
BTW i realize this should probably be in media/arts but i felt it would get more traffic and thus a better response.

the music industry is transforming. no point in trying to stop it from changing, because it will.

are they actually? is shit fo real? fuck, maybe I'll actually have to support my favourite artists now

the ones i use are, piratebay and isohunt are getting railed, those are the only ones i really know,

this thread should be about, the best places and ways to get your media

just go on google, type in whatever you wanna download, and then type torrent at the end.

Ex: Google -> "song or album name here" torrent

thats what i do, works most of the time

actually yes. but seriously..

1. download grab pro

2. go to playlist.com

3. search song.

4. download in 3-5 seconds

5. win

this. they are filled with diseases, and any song you find on lime/frostwire you are most likely to find on a file hosting website. i dont see the logic in using them

Limewire = garbage.

Torrent your music/movies or use mediafire. Much faster and easier, plus you get full albums.
