Like A Lion issues...

I ordered Like A Lion weeks ago. I have been really stoked to see this movie, and was sure that it was gonna be sick. But 2 weeks went by and nothing showed up at my house. I then emailed Inspired Media about it. I even had the reciet and the charge shown on my credit card. No response. I emailed them again, and nothing. It has been 1 week now. This is sort of bugging me. I don't know what they are doing down in Jamaica, but this is a slap in the face to me.

Any answers and has anyone had a similar problem trying to order this movie?

 
I am saying not only the fact that they haven't shipped it yet, but the fact that they won't even respond to my emails.

loosing my respect and my money.
 
I have the same issue. I ordered the movie on November 7th, received an e-mail on Nov 23 that the movie apparently shipped, and still nothing. I really like having a physical copy of movies, but in this case I highly suggest you buy it from i tunes because this is pathetic....
 
I don't think it's really a big deal, considering multiple people are having the same problem. You're not loosing your money or getting ripped off, you just have to have patience. It will come, it's just a matter of when at this point.
 
i WILL buy this when i see a copy of it, but ill buy it on itunes as well so i can watch it on my touch.its wayyy better imo to have the movie on a dvd, you get extra features and cover/packaging art AND you get to slap that bitch up on the bigscreen whenever you want.
 
im having the same issue as well. ordered it about 4 weeks an still nothing has showed up. Emailed them as well an have gotten no response :( NOT bitchin just wish i could have my dvd
 
I ordered it the exact same day and nothing! Eric Iberg messaged me back after I commented on there Facebook page. Said they were having some issues with getting them shipped, not sure what issues?!?! Said to contact him if I hadn't received it that following Friday. That was November 23rd! I emailed him yesterday and still waiting on a response. I know there super busy and things will get worked out. Patience I suppose....
 
I had the same issue. Preordered back in August and received a shipping confirmation in early November. Two weeks passed by before I emailed Inspired about my lack of DVD. I did not receive an email response but rather my copy of Like a Lion and autographed poster showed up at my house 3 days later.

Note to all, they are shipping from Utah, not Jamaica.

This movie is worth the wait though. I just watched it again last night and enjoyed it much more the second time around!
 
Ordered mine in October. Got an email a month ago that said my order shipped. Still waiting. I don't care about the free shit I just want to see the damn movie!
 
Oh and before anyone tries to say call them and don't bitch on NS I've sent 2 inquiries thru google check out and 2 to Inspired Media and gotten zero response. The response from Iberg in this thread is the first I've heard of any delays or problems.
 
has anyone received their movie? i ordered one back in November and have yet to see anything. As matter of fact, no one at Inspired will respond to my e mails.
 
Hey Everyone, Anyone who still hasn't received their DVD's please email or pm me with your name, and I will make sure it's resolved as soon as possible. We recently changed our shipping system to one that's much more secure, which has eliminated all the previous issues. Again, we apologize big time for the inconvenience this has caused people.

its everyone in the industry's busiest time of year right now, give em some time they'll get it to you. If you wanted immediate results it dropped on itunes way back in november.

the reason you havent received an email back yet is because the caps lock, left shift, and right shift keys all broke so tanner has no way to communicate with his fans and peers. his keyboard is currently being repaired and you will receive a response promptly.
 
I just received it today and I can tell you it is worth the wait. I guess you will receive yours soon, my first copy was lost so they sent an other one late December and it took about 3 weeks of shipping and I live in Quebec.
 
I got it off Itunes, really well thought out and inspirational film. the parts about CR were eye opening and heart breaking.
 
ya dude, my mom ordered like a lion for me 2 weeks before xmas. we have sent them i think 3 or 4 emails and nottin yet. we even got it on our credit card and it still says hasn't shipped yet. we might just cancel it and buy it at a store or somethin. idk what's up?
 
ordered mine back in october....still nothing. me emails wont get responded to either. i have heard nothing but good things about this movie just fucking send it to me. i already got 2 confirmations saying it shipped.
 
so i just got Like a Lion on the mail yesterday, i ordered it 2 weeks before xmas haha. w/e it came so i'm happy. wicked good movie!!!
